Llangyfelach Church Hall Bookings
Llangyfelach Church Hall is available to hire for your event. There is seating and table space that can be arranged to suit your specific needs. The far end of the hall has a display board where a laptop etc can be connected to display your presentation via the overhead projector etc. The hall comes with a toilet area accessed directly from within the hall and also a fully fitted kitchen with oven/kettle/sink/ "Burco" hot water cylinder/food preparation workspace etc etc. The picture gallery adjacent will hopefully make you aware of the size of the space available within the hall and the facilities offered.
To make a booking please contact our Ministry Area Administrator. Please note that from the 1st April 2025 the cost to hire the hall has had to increase to £18 per hour. Should you book our hall you will receive an invoice for the hire amount in due course. Please note that as part of the Terms and Conditions of hire it is required that all waste matter be removed and disposed of off-site by yourselves and additionally, (if required) that the floor be swept clean.
Below you will see the default "live view calendar" of the bookings for the church hall for the next 6 weeks. This is best viewed on a desktop or laptop as viewing via a mobile phone etc may be problematic due to screen space limitations. You are able to change the view to i.e. the next month by clicking on the down arrow adjacent to the "Next 6 weeks" and select a particular month. The calendar is able to display any bookings for the next 12 months. The "search" function enables you to search for a particular event.
